Royal Entertainers does not intend to violate any copyright laws. Our characters are not copyrighted characters. We only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we do not represent any licensed character. If a client wants a licensed, copyrighted character, the client will contact the company or copyright holders.

Cancellation/Changes: We are flexible with date, time and character changes, based on availability. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation. If you need to cancel due to weather, illness, etc, you will receive a full credit toward a future party that can be used toward another date (this does not expire). We do not give refunds after 48hrs from the time of booking or for parties booked the week-of an event.
Outdoor Events & Weather: If you are hosting your party outdoors, please have an alternate location in case weather conditions turn bad. Please make sure the outdoor area is clean and shaded. The location must be free of dirt, mud, rain and wind. The performer reserves the right to leave the location if they are being subject to rain or wind that is damaging to their costume or wig. On sunny days, please provide a shaded/covered area for the performer.
Punctuality: Our performers allow an extra 15mins to get to your event, to compensate for unforeseen circumstances. Please let us know if there are any known delays getting to your location- high-traffic area, etc. If you are hosting your party at a public venue or park, please provide a meeting place for the performer and be available by phone the day of the party, to avoid tardiness.
Performer Requests: We reserve the right to change the performer (not the character) due to emergency circumstances or illness. We will happily replace your performer with another trained professional dressed as the character you have chosen. Each of our performers are trained models and actors and will provide you with the same show outlined in the character description.
Tipping: Gratuities are appreciated, but of course, not required.
Information & Terms: A deposit and an authorized signature on your proposal will reserve your activities and date. The balance is due on or before the date of the event.

Hold Harmless Provision: The lessee agrees to indemnify and hold lessor harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless lessor from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of said equipment unless lessor is operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. Lessor cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless lessor from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contact and any extension thereof.
