The Character: This Balloon Twisting character is sure to be a crowd pleaser! He creates a variety of desings including swords, flowers, animals, light sabers, hats, etc. Balloons take 3mins per kid to create.

*Our 1.5 hour package is recommended for up to 30 kids to account for balloon making time (3 min per child), but more can always be accommodated with our 2 hour package, or an additional character!
